This 170 has had the same west coast owner since 1987.  Extensive Restoration in 1993 included the following: Sportsman STOL Kit, Imron Paint, One Piece Windshield, New Control Cables, Cessna 180 Landing Gear, Bubble Door Windows, New Seat Rails, Secondary Seat Stop, Cleveland Wheels and Brakes, Carb Air Temp Gauge, EGT & CHT Combo Gauge, Remote Compass, Auto Gas STC, 60 Amp Alterator, Wing tip Strobes.

Interior: Nice interior upholstrey, New Headliner 1994, Front Seat Four Point Shoulder Harness, Rear Bench Seat (Not installed since upholstered)
