Annual inspection included in sale. All logbooks and records complete; all ADs current at last annual; New items in 2006 include, vacuum pump; new airspeed indicator; manifold pressure gauge overhaul; new turn coordinator; Century 2000 autopilot overhaul; attitude indicator overhaul; new altitude encoder; heater overhauled. 1,000 Hr. gear inspection completed October 2005.
